A bit about me…

I'm a recipe developer and pastry teacher based in London. I've worked as a pastry chef for over 12 years, from fine dining restaurants, to starting my own wedding cake business, to leading artisan bakeries where I’ve had the chance to create and teach baking classes to fellow foodies. I've worked in a number of establishments where I've had the chance to hone my craft and eventually come to realise just why I love pastry so much - sharing recipes with others!
